Brandhon Leslie Dargatz (born 1993) was sentenced to 451 days in jail, ordered to provide a DNA sample, and handed a mandatory lifetime firearms ban for possessing a restricted or prohibited firearm with ammunition. Another 180 days in jail were given for possession of a firearm contrary to court order.

Richard Patrick Michael Hamilton (born 1965) was fined $500 and handed a one-year criminal driving ban for driving while disqualified. Hamilton was handed a 90-day conditional sentence, and given a two-year criminal driving ban for driving while disqualified under another restriction.
