"Derek Mannette, you have property we want to give back to you," reads the title of a Jan. 26 press release by the Fort St. John RCMP.
The detachment says they're looking for Mannette to return his property, but all efforts have been exhausted and he has not been located.
RCMP said they're unable to release any further details.
"The release was written the way it was intentionally. No more details will be released in this matter," wrote Cst. Chad Neustaeter, Media Relations Officer with the Fort St John RCMP.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Derek Mannette or has information that could assist in locating him, are asked to contact the Fort St John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
