A man has been detained in relation to a death in Mexico, both with Mile Zero ties.
On March 3 reports to local police in Playa del Carmen in Mexico resulted in discovery of a body – identified to be Kiara Agnew from Plaster Rock, NB, and a Dawson Creek resident.
The River Valley Sun reports a SSP Solidaridad statement notes a man is in custody, Ryan Friesen of Dawson Creek.
The investigation is ongoing, and Agnew’s mother Michele Levesque reminded the public to be respectful.
