Maser the Cats' choice as MVP

The Prince George Cougars invited players, parents, billets, sponsors and fans to the team's annual awards banquet Sunday morning at the Civic Centre.

Cougars winger Josh Maser accepts the Dan Hamhuis Award as the team's most valuable player for the 2018-19 season. The banquet was held Sunday morning at the Civic Centre.

The Prince George Cougars invited players, parents, billets, sponsors and fans to the team's annual awards banquet Sunday morning at  the Civic Centre. The WHL team selected left winger Josh Maser as the most valuable player and left winger Tyson Upper as rookie of the year. Maser received the Dan Hamhuis Award and Upper was given the Brett Connolly Award. 

The other Cougar award winners were:

Chris Masomn Award (most three-star selections): Taylor Gauthier
Dorothy Johnson Memorial Award (voted by the fans): Taylor Gauthier
Fan Club Bursary Award: Josh Curtis
Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation Humanitarian Award: Isaiah DiLaura
Troy Bourke Award (offensive player of the year): Vladislav Mikhalchuk
Eric Brewer Award (best defensive player): Cole Moberg
Michael Fogolin Aweard (voted by the players): Josh Curtis & Josh Maser
