For the second time in two days the Duchess Park Condors and College Heights Cougars met on the court at Duchess Park gymnasium, this time it was for the North Central Zone AAA Girls Basketball title.
The Condors got off to the early start outscoring the Cougars 26-6 in the first quarter and built up a solid 41-17 lead heading in the the half. The Condors came out strong in the fourth quarter outscoring the Cougars 24-3 on their way to a 93-26 victory to claim the title as Zone Champions.
The Dawson Creek Penguins finished fourth in the tournament while the Correlieu Coyotes finished third.
Condors Logan Cruz was named Best Defensive Player while teammate Jasmin Schlick was named Most Valuable Player.
