A suspected drug dealer has become a familiar face to Fort St. James RCMP.

A 36-year-old man was arrested on Wed., June 17 and again on Sat., June 20, while RCMP were called to the Spirit Square area on both occasions.

Police seized cash and what is suspected to be methamphetamine on the first call, when RCMP responded to an initial report of an assault, and crack cocaine was seized on the second, when they received a tip the man was back in the same area and allegedly trafficking drugs.

The man was arrested, taken into custody and later released pending charge approval by Crown counsel. His name was not released.
