Prince George RCMP are asking for the public's help in locating a parolee on the loose.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Brendan Thomas Roshinsky, 31, for allegedly failing to meet the conditions of his release in Prince George.

He is described as Caucasian, 178 cm (5'10") tall and weighing 86 kg (190 lbs), with brown hair, although he may be shaved bald, green eyes and many tattoos, including on his neck and forehead.

He has contacts in Kamloops, Nelson and Vancouver.

"Roshinsky has an extensive criminal history and should be considered violent," RCMP said. "If located, contact the RCMP or the police of jurisdiction in your area. Do not confront Roshinsky."

In May 2015, he was sentenced to a further three years and nine months in prison for drugging a man, robbing him of some of his belongings and then stealing his car.

He also failed to appear in Chilliwack provincial court on Tues., Oct. 8, for trial on a count of assault causing bodily harm, according to court records.

Anyone with information on where he may be is asked to contact the Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)222-8477, online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca (English only), or Text-A-Tip to CRIMES (274637) using keyword "pgtips".

You do not have to reveal your identity to Crime Stoppers. If you provide information that leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
