The Fraser-Fort George Regional District will place a notice on the title of a home that was constructed without a building permit.
FFGRD directors endorsed the action during their February meeting in response to a memo from staff for 8940 Legault Pl. near Tabor Lake.
The trouble dates back to February 2017 when building inspectors found construction underway.
Efforts to convince the owners to file an application were stepped up in 2019 through "phone calls, multiple letters and extending deadlines with no cooperation," according to the memo.
