There was house on fire on Shady Lane Friday night and Prince George Fire Rescue crews from three halls responded at about 11 p.m.
Upon arrival crews discovered light smoke coming from the front door and roof of the occupied single family home and one of the occupants suffered smoke inhalation.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire. There was moderate damage done to the structure. There is no damage estimate available at this time.
The fire remains under investigation.
