Highway 97 has been cleared just west of Racing Road in Quesnel after a transport truck went off the road and knocked down a powerline.
It was reopened to traffic at about 2:30 p.m., two hours after police were alerted to the incident.
No significant injuries were reported and less than five Hydro customers were affected.
