From Prince George provincial court, October 7-10, 2019:

- Joseph Jean-Claude Claude Duguay (born 1956) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Brandhon Leslie Dargatz (born 1993) was sentenced to 24 days in jail for breaching probation. Dargatz was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

- Dwayne Michael Kueber (born 1979) was sentenced to 31 days in jail for breaking and entering and committing an offence and theft $5,000 or under and to seven days in jail for breaching an undertaking or recognizance and to one year probation on the counts.

- Quentin Kirby Tom (born 1986) was sentenced to nine days in jail for breaching probation, committed in Fort St. James.

- Eric Phillip Moore (born 1954) was sentenced to six months probation and fined $500 plus a $38 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Bear Lake.

- Shawn Gordon Bains (born 1984) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Jacey Ellen Bjornson (born 1993) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault and uttering threats.

- Blake William Cassie (born 1956) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

- Mitchell Vernon Elmore (born 1983) was sentenced to no further days in jail for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Mitchell was in custody for four days following his arrest.

- April Leanna Jackson (born 1991) was sentenced to no further days in jail for breaching probation.

- Ryan Robert Lehoux (born 1981) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Curtis Lee Seymour (born 1975) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Michael Dillon Solmundson (born 1992) was sentenced to one year probation for breaching probation.

- William Trent Stuart Starchuk (born 1976) was sentenced to six months probation for two counts of possessing a controlled substance.

- Blair Tyler Alex (born 1986) was sentenced to three years probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for kidnapping with intent to hold for ransom, aggravated assault and unlawful confinement or imprisonment. Alex was in custody for 664 days prior to sentencing.

- Kyle Edward Bigcharles (born 1993) was sentenced to 14 days in jail, served on an intermittent basis, issued a one-year driving prohibition and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Deanna Marie Lindstrom (born 1963) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

- Madison Rose Patrick (born 2001) was sentenced to six months probation for breaching an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Vanderhoof. Patrick was in custody for 27 days prior to sentencing.

- Dorinda Lee Rhinehart (born 1970) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,200 for driving while impaired.

- Shawn Troy Thornton (born 1974) was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon and uttering threats. Thornton was in custody for 61 days following his arrest.
