From Prince George provincial court, November 4-8, 2019:

- Charles Peter Luggi (born 1960) was sentenced to 19 days in jail and one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under. Luggi was in custody for five days prior to sentencing.

- Linda Lisa Tom (born 1967) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Winter Marie Frederick (born 1984) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for mischief $5,000 or under.

- John Robert Barton Craig (born 1986) was prohibited from driving for three years for two counts of driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code, committed in Prince George and Fort St. John, and sentenced to no further days in jail for possessing stolen property over $5,000, committed in Prince George, and theft $5,000 or under, committed in Fort St. John.

Craig was in custody for 48 days prior to sentencing.

- Stanley Robert Hill (born 1982) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breaching probation and to 16 days in jail for two counts of assault, and to two years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the counts. Hill was in custody for 167 days prior to sentencing.

- Chantelle Marie Collier (born 1987) was sentenced to no further days in jail for two counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George and Mud River. Collier was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

- Eric William Bourdeau (born 1988) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for theft $5,000 or under.

- Syryph Sycoraijan Tea Campbell (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for possessing a controlled substance.

- Dylon Antoine Felix John (born 1995) was sentenced to 204 days issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for robbery, to 30 days in jail for breaching probation and to 18 months probation on both counts. John was in custody for 63 days prior to sentencing.

- Stephane Joseph Rosaire Pitt (born 1969) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm.

- Tre Alexander Rhiness (born 1996) was sentenced to seven days in jail for breaching an undertaking or recognizance.

- Waylon Bruce Wheeler (born 1984) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Melvin Christopher Alexander (born 1973) was sentenced to two years probation for theft $5,000 or under.

- Shannon Dawn Alec (born 1980) was sentenced to no further days in jail for breaching probation, committed in Burns Lake.

- Jermaine Nathan Montaner (born 1985) was sentenced to 14 days in jail for violating the conditions of his conditional sentence order.

- Tammy Leah Ann Alexis (born 1996) was sentenced to 24 days in jail and six months probation for assault with a weapon.

- Patrick Chad Buttenar (born 1993) was fined $100 for breaching probation.

- Phillip Thompson Cooper (born 1966) was sentenced to 12 days in jail for mischief $5,000 or under. Cooper was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- Joshua Lamar Sam (born 1993) was sentenced to 28 days in jail for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Sam was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- Tyler Lee Anderson (born 1989) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Alyssa Renee Dionne (born 1989) was fined $750 for possessing a controlled substance.
