From Prince George provincial court, July 30-Aug. 2, 2018:

- Peter Vernon Charlie (born 1981) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Charlie was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

- Manjeet Singh Bhatti (born 1975) was sentenced to time served for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Bhattie was in custody for 21 days prior to sentencing.

- Tyler Gurskey (born 1979) was sentenced to 175 days in jai for unauthorized use of a credit card and fraudulently obtaining food, beverage or accommodation and to 30 days in jail for breaching undertaking or recognizance and to one year probation on the counts.

- Wayne Harper Parry (born 1977) was sentenced to two months in jail and his conditional sentence order for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08, committed in Fort Ware, was suspended. He had originally been sentenced to a 132-day conditional sentence order on June 26 in Kwadacha.

- Marcel James Abou (born 1985) was sentenced to 45 days in jail for possession of a controlled substance, to 30 days in jail for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and two counts of breaching an undertaking or recognizance and to 22 days in jail for possessing a firearm or weapon contrary to an order. Abou was also sentenced to one year probation and assessed $600 in victim surcharges on the counts. Abou was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.

- Timothy Michael Burns (born 1955) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Burns was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.

- Tracy Lee Mary Ferguson (born 1976) was issued a nine-month $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.

- Farren James McDonald (born 1965) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.

- Aaron William John Clifford (born 1988) was sentenced to 52 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. Clifford was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.

- Christopher Benjamin Emmorey (born 1983) was sentenced to four days in jail for breaching an undertaking. Emmorey was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.

- Leigh-Ann Dawn Fenton (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Fenton was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- Dylon Antoine Felix John (born 1995) was sentenced to 24 days in jail and assessed $206 in victim surcharges for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breaching probation. John was in custody for five days prior to sentencing.

- Nicholas Flint Law (born 1981) was sentenced to 15 days in jail for four counts of breaching probation.
