From Prince George provincial court:

- Mary Katie Hanson (born 1988) was sentenced to four days in jail and her conditional sentence order of six months issued July 30 for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Tachie, and assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. James, was suspended.

- Kalen William Joel Joseph (born 1993) was sentenced to 12 days in jail and one year probation, issued a three-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon and to time served for two counts of breaching a release order, all committed in Fort St. James. Joseph was in custody for 16 days prior to sentencing.

- Nikolas Ryan Osl (born 1991) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of committing a sexual offence in respect to a person under 16 years old.

- Cody Kaleb Tyson Fenton (born 1988) was sentenced to 73 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration and to time served for breaching probation and resisting arrest. Fenton was in custody for 436 days prior to sentencing.

- Kyle Patrick Bennell (born 1987) was issued a six-month $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.

- Louis Ghostkeeper Jr. (born 1984) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order.

- Tyler Lee Anderson (born 1989) was sentenced to 479 days in jail and for possessing a prohibited or restricted firearm and to 183 days for possessing a firearm contrary to an order and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition on the counts. Anderson was in custody for 287 days prior to sentencing.

- Kevin Kelvin John Beauchamp (born 1987) was sentenced to 150 days in jail for uttering threats, to 120 days for a separate count of uttering threats and beaching an undertaking and to two years probation on the counts. Beachamp was also sentenced to 25 days in jail, prohibited from driving for three years and fined $1,000 plus $150 in victim surcharges for driving while prohibited or licence suspended and driving while prohibited, both under the Motor Vehicle Act. Beauchamp was in custody for 38 days prior to sentencing.

- Mark Edwin Sandbach (born 1960) was sentenced to a three-month conditional sentence order and prohibited from driving for three years for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

- James Cameron Winterburn (born 1990) was fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Charles McFarland Williams (born 1986) was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to time served for breaching a release order, both committed in McBride. Williams was in custody for 18 days prior to sentencing.

- Daryn James Middleton (born 1997) was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $2,500 for fleeing police, committed in Bear Lake, to time served for dangerous driving, committed in Bear Lake, and theft of a motor vehicle, committed in Chetwynd, and sentenced to 17 days in jail for possessing stolen property over $5,000 and to time served for two counts of breaching a release order, committed in Prince George. Middleton was also sentenced to one year probation on the counts and spent a total of 73 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- Parakram Bhandari (born 1989) was issued a six-month $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.

- Nathan Aaron David Peters (born 1985) was sentenced to one year probation for theft of a motor vehicle and breaching an undertaking. Peters was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

- Christian Ronald Schwab (born 1994) was sentenced to time served for possessing a controlled substance. Schwab was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
