DriveBC has issued travel advisories for stretches of area highways in answer to blowing snow.
One is in effect for 110.6 kilometres of Highway 16 between Lloyd Dr and Beaver Forest Service Road (Bednesti Norman to Purden Lake) and another for 190.6 kilometres of Highway 97 between Chamulak Road and Kloss Road (one kilometre south of Mackenzie Junction to 21 kilometre south of Pineview).
Motorists are urged to drive according to conditions.
