During the Mac's AAA midget hockey tournament held in Calgary, the female Northern Capitals have played three games so far, winning one.
The defending Mac's champions played the Calgary Fire on Monday at the Max Bell Centre and lost 3-1. On Tuesday, they played the Saskatoon Stars and lost 8-1. The team rebounded Wednesday with a convincing 5-0 drubbing of the Fraser Valley Rush .
The Northern Capitals are off today before their final game scheduled for Friday at the Max Bell Centre where they take on the San Jose Jr. Sharks.
