The Cariboo Cougars are sporting a perfect 2-0 record heading into Thursday's action at the Mac's AAA midget hockey tournament in Calgary.
The Cougars first went up against the Calgary Northstars at Max Bell Centre and won 7 to 3 on Boxing Day.
Hunter Floris and Ty Kolle each scored two goals, while Mason Richey, Brennan Malgunas and Daine Dubois also scored during the game.
Next, the Cougars played Notre Dame Hounds on Tuesday at the Father David Bauer Arena and won 3-2.
Floris repeated his two-goal game play while Jesse Pomeroy scored once. Devin Sutton assisted on each of the goals.
The Cougars took a day off today and play again Thursday against the New York Junior Islanders and wrap up round-robin play against the SSAC BP Athletics on Friday. Both games will be played at the Father David Bauer Arena.
