However, Environment Canada is also calling for 20 km/h winds for most of the day, so while the sun is shining, the temperature will feel like -18 C with the chill.
As winds die down in the afternoon, the high will reach 1 C.
The evening will be clear before turning into partly cloudy skies overnight, dropping the temperature to - 14 C.
