One Prince George man has received his sentence, another is awaiting a court appearance and one is still missing after stealing a bait car set by RCMP.
Prince George RCMP says two local men, 26-year-old Brandon Michael Felix, and 22-year-old Dallas Issac John, have both been charged with possession of property obtained by crime, stealing from the vehicle. Both men were arrested on June 13.
Felix remains in custody and will appear in court on June 26, while John pled guilty and was sentenced to 78 days in jail as well as one year of probation.
A third suspect is being sought by Prince George Mounties. He was seen in the bait car during the early morning hours of June 10, after allegedly rummaging through belongings in the vehicle.
He's described as:
- 20-to 30-year-old First Nations male
- Short dark hair with a short mustache and goatee
