Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area
courthouse

- Tim Robert Bulmer (born 1958) was sentenced to one year probation for asssault and three counts of breaching a release order. Bulmer spent a total of 24 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- Kelte Oleen Simon (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

- Cheven John Walson Schlitt (born 1994) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose  and to 15 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for possessing a firearm contrary to an order. Schlitt was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.

- Phillip Thompson Cooper (born 1966) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

- Justin Edward Pawluck (born 1983) was sentenced to 14 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order.

- Justin Lee Phillippe (born 1992) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possessing stolen property over $5,000 and to 30 days in jail for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 for fleeing police and driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. Phillippe was in custody for 56 days prior to sentencing.

- Jordy Visser-Hayne (born 1996) was sentenced to six months in jail  for possessing stolen property and fleeing police and to 30 days ini jail for motor vehicle theft and fleeing police from a separate incident, Visser-Hayne was also sentenced to one year probation and prohibited from driving for three years.
