Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area

- Tommy Joseph Marion (born 1984) was issued a two-year $500 peace bond for causing fear of serious personal injury.

- Karl Robert Boreland (born 1988) was sentenced to one year probation for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence and dealing with and identity document without lawful excuse. Boreland was in custody for 62 days prior to sentencing.

- Ulysses Sydney Nicholas (born 1997) was sentenced to one year probation for mischief $5,000 or under, and to time served for breaching probation and breaching a release order. Nicholas was in custody for 19 days prior to sentencing.

- Natrone Andrew Prince (born 1998) was sentenced to one year probation for assault. Prince was in custody for 26 days prior to sentencing.

- Zackary William Edward Isaac (born 1986) was sentenced to time served for possessing stolen property under $5,000. Isaac was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.

- Barbara Adele MacDonald (born 1994) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Kenneth Lance Young (born 1967) was issued a two-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Brandon Michael Felix (born 1992) was sentenced to one year probation for mischief $5,000 or under and three counts of theft $5,000 or under. Felix was in custody for 29 days prior to sentencing.

- Steven Ernest Lowley (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation for possessing a weapon for dangerous purpose.

- Janet Lee Briggs (born 1983) was sentenced to time served for theft from mail. Time spent in custody prior to sentencing was not available.

- Sheldon Allan Bond (born n/a) was sentenced to three years and four months in jail, ordered to provide a DNA sample and named to the national sexual offender registry for five years for sexually interfering with a person under 16 years old.

- Oakley James Pellan (born 1994) was sentenced to 45 days in jail for possessing a firearm contrary to an order and possessing an unauthorized weapon (non-firearmd) and to 14 days in jail for breaching a release order. 

- Summer Dawn Madam (born 1990) was sentenced to 33 days in jail for mischief, obstructing use of property. Madam was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count as well as for mischief $5,000 or under, resisting arrest or obstructing a peace officer and two counts of theft $5,000 or under.
