One person was killed in this morning's motor vehicle incident west of Prince George, RCMP have confirmed.
"The BC Coroners Service is currently investigating to determine all the facts," RCMP said in a statement issued shortly after 3 p.m.
Highway 16 West was closed at Lower Mud River Road for some time this morning following the incident that involved a motorcycle and two other vehicles.
At roughly the same time, emergency personnel were called to the scene of a collision between a commercial truck and a car at Foothills Boulevard and Chief Lake Road.
Both scenes have since been reopened to traffic.
