Spruce Kings defenceman Ben LeFranc scored twice against the Wenatchee Wild on Wednesday afternoon at the BC Hockey League Showcase in Chilliwack.

The Prince George Spruce Kings will be looking for their second victory at the BC Hockey League Showcase Thursday.

Coming off a 4-1 win over the Wenatchee Wild on Wednesday afternoon, the Kings play the Victoria Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. 

Defenceman Ben LeFranc scored twice for Prince George in their win over Wenatchee and was named player ot the day.

Victoria is undefeated in three games and possesses the two top scorers in the BCHL in Connor Eddy and Matthew Wood who have already combined for 27 points in just five games. 

The Spruce Kings, meanwhile, have won four of their five regular season games.

Being held in Chilliwack this week, the Showcase draws more than 100 scouts from the NHL and the NCAA.
