Sentences for offences committed in Prince George, Mackenzie, McBride, Valemount and areas

- Navron N. Hoeft (born n/a) was sentenced to 588 days in jail, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for sexual assault. Time served prior to sentencing was not available.

- Adam Tyler Todd Bustin-Lewis (born 2001) was sentenced to time served an 18 months probation for break and enter with intent to commit an offence, committed in Prince George, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaching a release order, committed in Cluculz Lake, to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Prince George and issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Cluculz Lake. Bustin-Lewis was also ordered to pay $1,0000 restitution, issued a three-year firearms prohibition ad ordered to provide a DNA sample and was in custody for 36 days prior to sentencing.

- Tahshawnda Dawn Joseph-Williams (born 1994) was sentenced to a 19-month conditional sentence order and two years probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon and to one day in jail for uttering threats. 

- Eugene William Alfred Jimmie (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under, committed in Quesnel and Williams Lake, and for resisting arrest, committed in Prince George. Jimmie was in custody for 45 days prior to sentencing.

- Dezmon Levi Owens (born 1995) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for two counts of breaching a release order, to 25 days in jail for resisting arrest and possessing stolen property over $5,000 and prohibited from driving for three years for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. Owens was also sentenced to one year probation following the jail terms and for obstructing a  person executing a process and driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to time served for breaching probation. Owens was in custody for 35 days prior to sentencing.

- Joshua William Barnes (born 1996) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Christopher James Edwards (born 1974) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $225 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Gordon Jeffrey Peardon (born 1960) was prohibited from driving for seven months and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Kenneth Martin Robert Thomas (born 1994) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order.

- Kaylie Ann Tomkins (born 1991) was sentenced to 10 days in jail and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for theft $5,000 or under and breaching an undertaking. 

- Douglas Steven Morin (born 1986) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation  of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Roderick Nellis Maxwell (born 1986) was sentenced to 23 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to seven days in jail for breaching a release order, plus one year probation on the counts, and to time served for a separate count of breaching a release order. Maxwell was in custody for 27 days prior to sentencing.

- David Nelson Gallagher (born 1971) was sentenced to a further 79 days in jail for two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance. Gallagher was in custody for 307 days prior to sentencing.

- Jordanna Nichole Lane (born 1987) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.
