Prince George RCMP seized "mulitple firearms" from a 300-block Charella Drive home on Monday evening.
RCMP were on the location for several hours conducting their search after securing a search warrant.
North District RCMP's emergency response team and police dogs services provided back up due to the high risk nature of the call.
“This investigation resulted in multiple firearms being taken off the street that otherwise might have been used to commit a criminal offense,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper. "The Prince George RCMP remains committed to removing firearms from those who are involved in criminal activity."
Charges remain pending.
