Sentences for offences committed in Quesnel, Williams Lake, 100 Mile House and areas

- Shaldon Raymond McRae (born 1978) was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Bouchie Lake. Time served was not available.

- Travis Maurice Paul (born 1987) was sentenced to 27 days in jail for two counts of breaching a release order, committed in Williams Lake. Paul was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the counts as well as for motor vehicle theft, assault with a weapon and mischief $5,000 or under, committed in Williams Lake and for for possessing stolen property over $5,000, fleeing police and driving while disqualified  under the Criminal Code, committed in Quesnel, and  Paul was in custody for 21 days following his arrest on the Quesnel charges.

- Eugene William Alfred Jimmie (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under, committed in Quesnel and Williams Lake, and for resisting arrest, committed in Prince George. Jimmie was in custody for 45 days prior to sentencing.

- Aaron Troy Gerk (born 2000) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation, committed in Quesnel. Gerk was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

- Tyrell Mark Giroux (born 1991) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and 18 months probation for fleeing police, committed in 141 Mile House. 

- Kellen Blaine Griffin (born 1990) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertaking, committed in Quesnel. Time served was not available.

- Dale Francis Haines (born 1971) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for assault with a weapon, uttering threats and breaching a release order, committed in Williams Lake. Haines was in custody for 47 days prior to sentencing.

- Orson Raymon Alphonse (born 1956) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Anahims Flat IR. 

- Eric Martin Stillas (born 1984) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation, committed in Williams Lake. Time served was not available.

- Roderick Nellis Maxwell (born 1989) was sentenced to time served for possessing stolen property under $5,000, committed in Quesnel. Maxwell was also sentenced to 23 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to seven days in jail for breaching a release order, plus one year probation on the counts, and to time served for a separate count of breaching a release order, all committed in Prince George. Maxwell was in custody for 27 days prior to sentencing.
