Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas

- Edward Herbert Williams (born 1977) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $3,000 plus $450 in victim surcharges for two counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Smithers and Houston.

- Justin Paul Lessard (born 1987) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Fort St. James.  Lessard was also issued a three-year discretionary firearms prohibition under Sec. 111 (1) of the Criminal Code.

- Colleen Mary Tom (born 1965) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Fort St. James.

- Kurt Harold Kristoffersen (born 1990) was sentenced to six month probation and ordered to pay $311 restitution and to time served for mischief $5,000 or under, both committed in Fort St. James. Time served was not available.

- Robert Aaron Nicholas (born 1979) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Prince George.

- Daniel Joseph Stead (born 1979) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended, committed in Smithers.

- Rene Murray Alec (born 1978) was sentenced to nine months probation for breach an undertaking and to time served for mischief to property, both committed in Burns Lake. Alec was in custody for 84 days prior to sentencing.

- Ryan Neale Gardner (born 1982) was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence order and one year probation for possessing stolen property and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Smithers. 

- Samantha Lee Konig (born 1990) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Fort St. James.
