Charelle Evelyn
Forged from a single block of sarcasm, Charelle Evelyn has worked as a journalist since wrangling a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University in 2008. She joined the Prince George Citizen in the summer of 2011, following stints at weekly Ottawa newspapers. Charelle was awarded with a professional development fellowship from the Jack Webster Foundation in 2013, which she used to attend a seminar on investigating local government from the Poynter Institute for Media Studies in Tampa, Florida.
