Municipal leaders at the Union of B.C. Municipalities passed a pair of resolutions that reject Enbridge's proposed $5.5-billion oil and condensate project through northern B.C.
The resolutions were put forward by the Village of Queen Charlotte on Haida Gwaii at the convention in Whistler, which ended on Friday.
