Lori Maki and Lisa Walters each scored twice Wednesday evening to lift Accelerated Physiotherapy to a 4-1 win over Myatovic Construction in the Prince George Women's Soccer Association Recreation Division championship game.

The teams were tied 1-1 at the half. Megan Christenson scored the goal for Myatovic.

Meanwhile, in the Open Division playoff championship game, also at Michelle Lamarche Field, Manning Notaries and Tamarack Forestry were tied 3-3 and playing in overtime Wednesday when Mother Nature kicked up a fuss.

The skies darkened with rain and pink lightning lit up the evening sky, forcing the game to be postponed. The conclusion of the game is scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. with the teams to play two 15-minute halves. If the score remains tied after that, the title will be decided by penalty kicks.
