Former Prince George Regional Planner, Yvonne Harris will be signing her new adult fiction novel,Ashoona, Daughter of the Winds 7 pm, Wednesday, July 25th at
Books and Company. The novel is based on a real life story of a 12-year-old bargained off to an old Inuit hunter.
Yvonne Harris worked in Nunavut and heard the story from an Inuit Elder.
