The Citizen, Northland Dodge to give lucky grad new car

Celebrating the best and brightest of Prince George's youth is the focus of a special Class of 2014 newspaper feature.

Celebrating the best and brightest of Prince George's youth is the focus of a special Class of 2014 newspaper feature.

The Prince George Citizen and Northland Dodge are joining forces to spotlight the innovative, talented grads who are taking their next step into the future of northern B.C. This spotlight was made considerably brighter by the Dodge Caliber up for the winning, for those who place a grad notice in the special Citizen section for this year's grads.

"We will be doing the random draw prior to publishing the feature on June 19," said the Citizen's classified advertising supervisor Derek Springall. "This is the biggest contest that the classified department has been part of so we are very excited about it, and we thank Northland Dodge for their generous partnership. Together we look forward to this opportunity to draw attention to our region's youth."

To be entered in the draw, parents and grads need to act before June 13. The process includes submitting a grad photo and filling out a simple form found in the newspaper or at the classified department desk at the Citizen office. Cost is approximately $20. It is open to all local graduates of high school, college, technical schools and university. If you are from some other place in the world, but graduated from a local school, you are still eligible for the draw. If you are from the Prince George area but graduated from a school elsewhere, you are also eligible.

The area of inclusion encompasses all schools (public, private and post-secondary) in Prince George, Valemount, Fort St. James, Vanderhoof, Mackenze and McBride.
