What incentive do you think would work best to increase voter turnout in local elections?

Here are the results.

A $20 fine like they do in Australia got 25 per cent of the vote for a total of 487.

A raffle prize; one voter wins a large cash prize (L.A. is considering it) got 13 per cent of the vote for a total of 255.

A $20 gift card for all voters got 16 per cent of the vote for a total of 303.

A $20 reduction on city utilities got a resounding 46 per cent of the vote for a total of 897.

Total votes were 1,942.
