An RCMP officer was treated for minor injuries after a one-vehicle crash on Ospika Boulevard Sunday afternoon.
The Prince George detachment and North District traffic services are jointly investigating after an officer traveling northbound - responding to a high-priority weapons call in the area of First Avenue and Ospika - crashed into a sign post and power pole near Pinewood Avenue.
The officer was transported to hospital for treatment and was later released.
The Prince George RCMP are thanking the members of the public who stopped to assist with first aid and with traffic control.
