Vanderhoof air quality advisory ended

The air quality advisory issued Wednesday afternoon for Vanderhoof has come to an end. "Elevated pollution levels are no longer expected or have moved out of the area," the Ministry of Environment said in an alert issued at 1:20 p.m.

The air quality advisory issued Wednesday afternoon for Vanderhoof has come to an end.

"Elevated pollution levels are no longer expected or have moved out of the area," the Ministry of Environment said in an alert issued at 1:20 p.m.

High amounts of particulate in the air prompted the Ministry of Environment and Northern Health to issued the advisory for the community of 4,500 people 100 km west of Prince George.
