There's a new Christmas program at Pine Centre Mall suited especially for those children who need My Time with Santa to be a bit less hectic.
There will be three sessions held during off hours at the mall, which will provide children with social, emotional or behavioral needs a little one-on-one time with Santa in an relaxed environment with low lighting and quiet surroundings.
Each family who participates will receive a complimentary five by seven photo and a festive gift bag to commemorate their visit with Santa.
"Christmas is a magical time for children," said Pine Centre general manager Sonya Hunt, in a recent news release. "Pine Centre wants to make sure children of all abilities have the chance to share their Christmas wishes with Santa without feeling rushed or troubled by busy crowds."
Each session will be 15 minutes long. There will be crafts and games to entertain children and their families while they wait their turn.

Sunday, Nov. 16 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday, November 18 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 23 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
