Two men wanted on Canada-wide warrants have been apprehended, Prince George RCMP said Wednesday.
Tim Ayotte, 25, was arrested Tuesday at a 1700-block Upland Street home and Vincent Albert Martin, 38, was found in Sorrento after a driver recognized him as he was hitchhiking.
Warrants for the two were issued last week after they failed to return to their halfway homes in Prince George.
"Police would like to thank the public for their help in locating these two men," Prince George RCMP said. "Without the public's help, many wanted persons would remain at-large for longer periods of time, reducing public safety."
