NT Air will be providing non-stop service to Dease Lake from the Prince George.
The seasonal flight takes to the skies twice a week starting June 6 and ending October 27.
"NT Air and Central Mountain Air (CMA), have been serving Dease Lake for over 30 years,"
NT Air general manager, Mike Harris, said in a press release issued Tuesday.
"This summer we've partnered up to provide the Dease Lake and surrounding area with service through Prince George with great connections out of YXS."
The 110 minute flight will operate on Mondays and Thursdays. Passengers can book this service online www.ntair.ca or www.flycma.com.
"It's wonderful to see NT Air expand their service to offer scheduled flights to a destination in B.C. that is currently not easily served" says Prince George Airport Authority President and CEO John Gibson. "This flight gives residents of the Dease Lake area an opportunity to come to a major centre for things like medical appointments and shopping which results in more dollars being injected into the local economy."
