New faces lead Chamber after Wednesday elections

The city's business community is banking on a new set of representatives. The Prince George Chamber of Commerce elected its board of directors at its annual general meeting Wednesday night. Gaurav Parmar is now president of the Chamber of Commerce.

The city's business community is banking on a new set of representatives.

The Prince George Chamber of Commerce elected its board of directors at its annual general meeting Wednesday night.

Gaurav Parmar is now president of the Chamber of Commerce. He is joined by Bill McGill, first vice president; Tracy Peterson, second vice president; and Derek Dougherty, treasurer.

Joining them on the chamber executive is Roy Spooner as past president.

New directors include: Tracy McCall, Doug Andrews, Ken Newell, Ranjit Gill, Bill Phillips, Brad Gagnon, Cindi Pohl, and Moira Neal.

Dan Seiter and Shane Dehod remain as directors as they begin the final year of their two-year term.
