Police are now treating the case of missing person Jordan McLeod as a homicide, even though there has been no body found.
Police believe McLeod's vehicle is an important piece of evidence and are again appealing to the public to help locate it.
Investigators believe McLeod's burgandy Chevrolet Malibu is most likely in a remote area near Vanderhoof but are open to other possibilities.
The investigation has involved three different communities and more than 100 police officers.
Officers are asking anyone who travels on rural roads, including forest service roads, to report anything suspicious that may have happened over the last two weeks.
Call 9-1-1 immediately if McLeod or his vehicle is located and police warn not to approach the vehicle if located.
