Prince George RCMP arrested 13 people and seized a "significant amount" of drugs after executing a search warrant on an 1800-block Spruce Street home on Saturday afternoon.
Cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, ecstasy and prescription drugs as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and other evidence were seized, RCMP said in a press release issued Thursday.
Five people - a 20-year-old man, a 34-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman, a 32-year-old woman and a 41-year-old woman - were released on promises to appear in court on Nov. 25. Their names were not released.
All others, including a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, were released without court documents pending further investigation. Information from the public supported the warrant.
"It is through these types of collaborative partnerships that criminal drug activity is effectively reduced," RCMP said.
