Two nationally recognized personalities in health and wellness will be special guests at this year's Healthier You Expo.
The two headliners this year are Julie Daniluk and Art Hister.
Daniluk is a registered nutritionist and a certified eating psychology coach. She is seen on international television as the co-host of cooking show Healthy Gourmet seen on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Daniluk is also the author of Meals That Heal Inflammation and Slimming Meals That Heal. She was the recipient of the 2012 Canadian Health Food Association's Organic Achievement Award.
Art Hister is an acclaimed physician who has used his profession as a public awareness mission. He could well be called B.C.'s house doctor, for all his regular appearances on radio, television and print media, always promoting knowledge and understanding of key health issues. Hister is also an active consultant for the likes of the BC Government, the First Nations Health Authority, and many health-related associations and agencies in the country.
The two of them will be in Prince George in person to meet the public and hold open discussions about important topics on the local and national levels.
The Healthier You Expo is a full trade show and spectrum of events, all focused on health, nutrition and wellness, happening Oct. 16 at the Prince George Civic Centre.
