Kidney Foundation meeting

Ride Don't Hide

Sunday, June 26 at 9 a.m. at CN Centre, 2187 Ospika Blvd., Ride Don't Hide is Canadian Mental Health Association's annual cycling fundraiser brings together Canadians of all ages and from all walks of life to help break the stigma and raise funds to improve Mental Health in their community. The family friendly event is for riders of all ages and abilities from novice to advanced cyclists. $35 includes T-shirt, children 12 and under free but may buy a T-shirt for $12. Every community experiences death by suicide. When an intentionally self-inflicted death occurs families and friends suffer a magnitude of isolated, complicated grief.
