There's a public service announcement video circulating from Prince George's Pacific Western Transportation where children offer advice on how to be safe around city buses.
According to Transport Canada, there were 933 pedestrian fatalities in the country between 2011 and 2013.
"The safety of pedestrians is extremely important to our organization," said Trevor Webb, vice president of PWTransit. "By providing the public with safety reminders, we can help ensure that our passengers and pedestrians get safely home."
