Prince George RCMP's municipal traffic section issued 60 tickets for speeding during a traffic enforcement campaign along Ospika Boulevard on Wednesday.
"This enforcement campaign was a result of an overwhelming number of public complaints about speeding along this corridor," Prince George RCMP said.
RCMP also issued three tickets for driving without insurance, and one ticket each for failing to produce a driver's licence, driving without a driver's licence and failing to display an N sign.
Police also had one unsafe vehicle immediately removed from the road, located a prohibited driver who will appear in court at a later date, executed nine arrest warrants and conducted one drug seizure.
Further targeted speed enforcement is planned, RCMP said.
