Sentences for offences committed in and around Prince George

- Aaron Joseph Glover (born 1985) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for break and enter with intent to commit offence, to 30 days for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, to six days for breaching an undertaking and to one year probation on the first two counts. Glover was in custody for eight days prior to sentencing.

- Desiree Dawn Peters (born 1983) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for  wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Peters was in custody for four days following her arrest.

- Tammy Louise Coe (born 1970) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Time served was not available.

- Jordan Allan Lalonde (born 1994) was sentenced to 42 days in jail for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and to one day in jail for three counts of breaching probation and two counts of breaching an undertaking. Lalonde was in custody for 86 days prior to sentencing.

- Kevin Bromby (born 1967) was sentenced to two days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order. Bromby was in custody for two days prior to sentencing.

- Carl Frederick Jays (born 1980) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Troy William Haley (born 1986) was sentenced to 18 months probation for break and enter with intent to commit offence and breaching a release order. Haley was also ordered to provide a DNA sample for the break and enter and was in custody for 14 day following his arrest on the count.

- Patrick Roy Rose (born 1968) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Rose was in custody for six days following his arrest.

In Court docket: March 25-April 12, 2024 it was incorrectly reported that Brendan Tomas Boylan was sentenced for sexual assault. In fact, Christopher Richard Franks was sentenced for the offence. The Citizen sincerely regrets the error.
