Advertising material can be submitted a number of different ways. Following are the methods and portable media supported. Be sure to contact your sales representative and indicate which method you will be using.

FILE SUBMISSION FORM : Use the online form provided here to upload up to 2 files. NOTE: You must login or register an account before using this method.

FTP: FTP (file transfer protocol) is the most reliable method. Contact our advertising department for the login information for use with any FTP client software to upload your files.
NOTE: Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are not capable of uploading files via ftp. Use dedicated FTP client software.

Your total e-mail message cannot exceed 10 MB after encoding. If it is larger than 10MB it will not reach the recipient and must be sent via FTP. The subject field of the email message should be as detailed as possible. A technical contact name must be in the body of the message and include a phone number. If you are submitting an ad to be published please fax a printed copy of the ad to your sales representative directly with specific instructions or requests.

DISK: Please print your company name and return address on the disc and include a proof of the ad with all digital material submitted. We accept the following:
3.5" Floppy / 100MB/250MB Zip Disk / 120MB Super Disk / 1GB Jaz Disk / CD-Rom / DVD-Rom / USB Flash Drives / and most camera memory cards.
