A LOT of that has to do with staffing. It's about the financial cuts darling Gordo made, one of which was services to help seniors and disabled people. I know this for a fact as I'm disabled person who was affected by them. Northern Health does a magnificent job with the resources available to them and many staff there go above and beyond their 8 hour work days to help people. Comments like that from edantes really pick me as that's a person with not a clue what they're talking about.
