			<description>I think with 3 pulp mills churning pollution into the air at the profit of $160,000/hr together, air pollution could be quelled a lot more at these mills, for a token amount compared to the profit slice of the pie.  And being fine particulates, that should be easy to fix, the pulp mills could always contact West Fraser Timber Company for logistical help for a small price I'm sure, as Quesnel has monster mills also, but ain't killing off the population by plugging up their lungs. - Thoughtful</description>
