			<description>Good point Ruez BUT perhaps the &quot;other&quot; businesses with left hand turn lane access werent complaining as much as these particular ones are now. Therefore i agree, they should pay for their own turning laning as the Treasure Cove did. :)  - Angelrayne</description>

			<description>I believe the business have offered to pay for the access. At least part of it. Even still, there are left turn lanes in many parts of the city that I'm sure weren't paid directly by the business involved. I've wondered why this wasn't done for many years. - RUEZ</description>
